6230i problem flashing it

i always get this each time i try flashing a nokia 6230i..

rehot the all bord light heat

i killed many fones, when trying to rehot., i hate rehoting pcb,. can u give me a step in rehoting pcbss.. please man if it can help, thanks for the rply
